Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information security awareness training service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information security awareness training service to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- Computer-based training for 40,000 State employees (full or part-time), all third parties, contractors, or vendors who work on state premises or remotely connect to the state’s computing platform and any cloud provider storing, processing or transmitting state data.
- Available 24 hours, 7 days a week from any internet accessible location.
- Planning and support material must be provided.
- Option to complete training in multiple sessions.
- After completion of each training module, there is a quiz to test the learner’s comprehension of that module.
- Must be 508* and SCORM** Compliant.
- Must allow branding with STS’s logo.
- Must provide ability to tailor module assignments to address specific audiences.
- Must provide unlimited number of support requests.
- Must provide a dedicated and knowledgeable point of contact within the contractor organization to manage the support relationship between contractor and the state, for the contractor software.
- Must provide direct access to the knowledgeable point of contact via office, phone, and email.
- Must provide dedicated specialist to provide technical advice, skill sharing, diagnostic coaching, assistance with configuration and subaccount setup, and recommendations of best practices for managing the Contractor software.
- Must provide 5x8 support during the state’s business hours for urgent and important issues.
- Must provide access to reports configured for the State for monitoring deployment and usage.
- Must provide regular contact from Customer Support senior management team to ensure needs and expectations are being fulfilled.
- Must provide regular access to knowledge sharing events to increase the state’s understanding of contractor software products to help learn best practices, proactive problem avoidance, and help promote operational and technical guidance.
(2) Contract term will be five years.
