[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide job access reverse commute grant application services has had a dramatic impact on the lives of thousands of welfare recipients and low-income families, helping individuals successfully transition from welfare to work and reach needed employment support services such as childcare and job training activities to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Late-night and weekend service
- Guaranteed ride home service
- Expanding fixed-route mass transit routes
- Demand-responsive van service
- Ridesharing and carpooling activities
- Shuttle service
- Transit-related aspects of bicycling such as adding bicycle racks to vehicles to support individuals that bicycle a portion of their commute or providing bicycle storage at transit stations
- Local car loan programs that assist individuals in purchasing and maintaining vehicles for shared rides.
- Promotion, through marketing efforts, of the use of transit by workers with non-traditional work schedules, use of transit voucher programs by appropriate agency for welfare recipients and
other low-income individuals, development of employer-provided transportation such as shuttles, ridesharing, carpooling or the use of transit pass programs.
- Implementing intelligent transportation systems (ITS), including customer trip information
technology, vehicle position monitoring systems, or geographic information systems (GIS)
software.
- Supporting mobility management and coordination programs among public transportation
providers and other human service agency providing transportation mobility management
techniques may enhance transportation access for populations beyond those serviced by one
agency or organization within a community.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 17, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
