[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and pharmaceutical waste disposal services including containerization, pickup, transport and ultimate disposal of needle containers, infectious and other regulated medical red bag waste generated to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Pickups at each location that are placed in service during the term of this contract. locations are listed on the attached response form with estimated usage,
- Proper and adequate provisions for the containerization of needles, and red bags waste generated at each location,
- A receipt and certificate of destruction upon pickup for each load must be provided for each pickup at each location,
- In the event of a large-scale incident which may produce excessive amounts of regulated medical waste, the successful Proposer shall provide a twenty-four-hour emergency contact number and provide sufficient resources to assist the County in the removal of the regulated medical waste,
- Provide all necessary red bag, biohazardous labels, packaging tape, and waste insignias,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 12,2019.
