[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relations management system that is an enterprise system that is critical to the advancement of undergraduate enrollment at the university.
- This solution will promote enrollment management to attract, engage, and communicate more effectively with students from prospect to enrollment and throughout the lifespan.
- The ideal solution should be innovative, integrative, comprehensive, and designed specifically for a modern higher education recruitment, admission, and enrollment management operation.
- Check-in and self-service event check-in with geo-fencing capability, also self-service event rescheduling.
- Follow up surveys for attendees, as well as, non-attendee communication with ability to aggregate data for reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
