[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide force and asset search tool for allowing one-stop- shop for the transportation for both equipment and personnel, transportation restrictions, units struggle to keep track of and obtain total visibility of their equipment, technical direction for software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept, and for progress in accordance with established schedules, view total asset visibility of both forward and rear hand receipts, capability to print reports from search queries, access to the automated deployment equipment list tool, access to equipment validation tool for current, first and second future authorization documents, reporting capability for download into excel for manipulation, able to key both a vendor estimate and actual cost and maintain in system for historical purposes, ability to upload convoy requests and supporting documents in pdf and excel format.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
(4) This bid is set aside for woman owned small business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
