[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic information management and evaluation system
- Provide a fully functional and integrated contractor hosted software as a service for the compilation, storage, management, evaluation, and reporting of state traffic count data
• All web pages designed as part of state-times shall comply with the following:
- Adhere to html5 guidelines,
- Development using responsive website techniques
- Use of only state approved logos,
- Development for multiple browsing platforms and versions,
- Use of approved cascading style sheets for consistent look
- Do not include the use of java, active x, flash or other browser plug-ins
• State-times shall be compatible and fully functional in the following web browsers: microsoft ie 11 and higher, fire fox builds 55 and higher, google chrome build 60 and higher, safari 10.0 and higher, and, all versions of edge.
(2) A pre-response conference will be held on March 25, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than April 16, 2019.
(4) Notice of Intent to due on March 26, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
