[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide collection services for non-exclusive Collection Services for delinquent student loans, notes, and accounts receivable and achieve a maximum recovery of debts, referred by the Institutions, through proper and lawful means without guarantees as to volume or number of accounts;
• Respond to and resolve questions, concerns, and problems of the Institutions.
• Periodically contact each Institution.
• Furnish updates on changes in agency personnel and procedures and pertinent laws and regulations to the Institutions.
• Provide audited financial statements for the last three years and will also provide a federal compliance audit as required by Section 682.416€ of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations. to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 15,2019.
(3) A notice to intent due on March 29,2019.
(4) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 14 2019.
(5) A contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
