[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical supplies and equipment for single or multiple items and quantities of medical supplies and equipment to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- vendor shall ensure that all items provided under this contract have documented expiration dates or shelf lives that are equal to or greater than twelve months of the receiving date, in filling orders, the contractor shall provide only new, unused items.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 19, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 22,2019.
