[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated traffic enforcement system for the citation preparation process to comply with applicable laws.
- Technology to capture vehicles that are travelling over the posted speed limit in any “S curves” to encourage speed reduction and safe travel as allowable by State law and Local regulations
- Technology to capture vehicles that pass through a red light as allowable
- Technology to capture speeding in a designated school zone as allowable
- Software access for City employees to monitor data analytics including but not limited to total vehicle passing, number of violations detected, number of citations issued, number of citations paid, and number of rejected citations including reason for rejection.
- Capability to interact with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
- Software access for City employees to process tickets and payments.
- Capability to review 24-hour surveillance at any video enabled location.
- Capability of the technology to prove reliable in the court of law.
- Contractor’s record retention ability.
- Capability of the system to monitor more than one travel lane per system installation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
