Vendor needs to provide coordinating agency services for provide different Coordinator in different department
- Operations Coordinator include provides training coaching consultation for funded and partners on attendance data system, transportation and meals and for affiliated partners, provides training and coaching consultation for affiliated partners on using attendance tracking system, when necessary, manages afterschool attendance tracking system, including online registration and on-line student check-in system, ensuring student attendance data for the entire system is up to date and accurate, works with data office to match student data in data warehouse, collects and provides information about access to meals and transportation across all funded sites at least once a year.
- Programmatic Partnership and Innovation Coordinator include Convenes an independent panel of evaluators to review the proposals, Routes new partners to the appropriate partnership level in a team with Support Services Coordinator and Evaluation Coordinator, Coordinates relationships with affiliated and enhancement partners.
- Evaluation and Research Coordinator including Recruits and manages external assessors, coordinates their training, schedule and payments, Coordinates partnerships with local and national research institutions, Produces data analysis per partner agency and helps them translate data into action for quality improvement, Prepares annual data snapshots about the local context in the beginning and end of each school year to inform funding decisions, Updates and monitors the implementation of monitoring and evaluation protocols and timely tracking of program and youth level indicators, effectively share data Performs other tasks related to the functional area.
- Strategic Initiatives Coordinator including current multi-year initiatives focused on assessing community youth needs, mapping assets, and framing outcomes at youth level, works with evaluators to summarize each pilot or new initiative, prepares briefs and success stories on pilots and new initiatives, manager in system-wide strategic planning, setting goals and benchmarks, tracking system-level indicators and building advocacy messaging around the achievement, engages in public advocacy, plans and implements various related campaigns, oversees implementation and timely receipt of deliverables under grants, prepares reviews grant
reports, including financial reports.
- Support Services Coordinator Provides youth development program quality improvement coaching consultation for funded and affiliated partners utilizing different tools, resources, and protocols. When needed, recruits and manages external coaches to provide targeted coaching services, Documents effectiveness of tools, resources, and protocols utilized during coaching consultation for the benefit of the youth development, creates partner profiles in partnership with Evaluation Coordinator and Programmatic Partnerships Coordinator to determine the needs of each partner in terms of PD, coaching or other services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
