[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system for support for user and administrative authentication against enterprise directory service, ability to delegate management/review of subsets of users, ability for managers to assign training to users, role-based user management, ability to customize user interface look and feel, colours and graphics to match university branding, video-based courses, web-based video playback, cross platform course viewing and access-windows, macOS, iOS, android, Linux, progress tracking, placeholder or bookmarks within course, adjustment of video playback speed and volume controls, capable of auto-play functions to continue, ability to produce pdf certificates, ability to track the time spent on training, ability to customize courses.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than December 18, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
