[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy management system to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.  
- Field work and verification required to prepare shop drawings for replacement of project air handling units and terminal unit boxes temperature controls. Removal of existing controls associated with project air handling units and terminal units plus miscellaneous removals required for installations. Terminal unit pneumatic controls being converted to electric and electronic controls.
- Testing and balancing of existing conditions at project and terminal units prior to removals.
- Installation of replacement temperature controls including but not limited to control panels, sensors, valves, actuators, wiring and field programming for the project air handling units and terminal units.
- Temporary manual operation of temperature controls is being replaced.
- Testing and balancing of upgraded systems to return operation to preconstruction parameters.
- Commissioning and verification of the upgraded control systems.
(2) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
