[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical trials management systems
- Access legacy data and documents in account or encounter context
- Process new document files such that the documents, once scanned are stored in patient, account and encounter context.
- Generate detail bills, UB04, and 1500 claims as needed.
- Produce reports for various business operations.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 3, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
