[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide case management solution shall include approved users will have access through a designated web-portal with secured access of user ID and password authentication, solution will include mapping of data, and conversion and migration of legacy data into the new solution, solution must allow a complaint to receive a unique complaint ID when complaint information is available for entry into the database, contractor must provide a solution that allows for a unique case id to be assigned to a complaint, solution will allow for bi-directional integration with Microsoft exchange, operate a patch/update process that assures the application is up-to-date, unique identifiers are required at the case level for state identified fields and will allow for multiple complaints to be added to an existing case, identification and tracking of complainant must be maintained and allow for payment and documentation of financial award, Sentence lengths shall be available at the summary level as well as on the Case detail level, records will show if any previous complaints have been filed against defendant, solution will contain workflow indicators, allowing users to know at what stage the case is in, solution shall allow multiple complaints to be added to a case, solution shall include the ability to create ad hoc as well as pre-formatted reporting. Templates will be available for Users to create reports without specialized training.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
