Government Authority located in Nashville, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for administration of pesticide certification and licensing exams services
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide administration of pesticide certification and licensing exams services including assist in pesticide certification and license exam development from current department of agriculture derived study materials and photographs used for the identification of insects, weeds and disease organisms
- Contractor shall immediately revise exam questions if an error is discovered within the exam question or revised due to a change in product, application or laws and regulations
- Insure that the examination materials are assembled and produced accurately and under secure conditions. The Contractor must provide to the state, upon the State’s request, an outline of its system of security for the examination questions, scores and the testing centers and its procedures for handling any suspected breach of security.
- provide the testing space for the exams administered, computers capable of being used for the administration of complete examinations, an online registration system that will provide a list of testing centers with directions to each location, a list of current certification and license exams available, schedule tests online
- Develop and implement an on-line database for the storage and maintenance of candidate and examination data. The contractor must allow the state on-line computer access to the pesticide certification and licensing examination records in an electronic format acceptable
- Support for test centers; provide real-time monitoring and notification of testing issues to by phone or email and report log. Contractor shall have readily available, real-time computer technology support for resolving testing issues, etc.to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 7, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
