[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide procurement asset and contract management consulting services to capable of reviewing the current operating practices and processes of the Procurement, Asset Management and
Contracts departments, to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for process
improvement, staff and stakeholder training and compliance auditing for Procurement, Asset
Management, and Contract Management Services
- comprehensive process review of existing operations and assist the development of a comprehensive strategy to improve the procurement support functions and services in SCS Procurement, Asset and Contracts Management Office including providing justifiable recommendations for improvement in the following areas: (1) operation improvement, compliance and efficiency, (2) staff development, and (3) life cycle process improvement to the government authority located Memphis, TN.
(2) A Non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on October 30, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 1, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
