[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning and enterprise asset management system for allow staff to fully understand the proposed solution, business process re-engineering opportunities to achieve more effective and efficient business processes throughout the organization, eliminate standalone business processing systems, elimination of duplicate effort and redundant data entry processes, ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards, ensure security of confidential information and records, improve workflow processes and implement industry best practices, increase information analysis capabilities that support enhanced decision-making capabilities, lack of generally needed functionality in various modules, ability to drill-down and drill-across from a transaction view, ability to interface a file from different sources to various modules, ability to use workflow capabilities and be available across all appropriate modules, all transactions processed in real-time and immediately available for inquiry and reporting, easy creation of ad-hoc reports and queries by all user levels, automated financial processing, effective organization control and real time visibility, manage end to end business processes by streamlining invoicing and bill collection, minimizing record-keeping redundancy, ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations, budget planning, grants management, and project management with flexibility and scalability to accommodate future growth, ability to budget in multiple years and track multiple funding sources to a single project, allow for employee reimbursements, ability to receive and process electronic invoices, automatic matching workflow process, ability to cancel and automatic reversals of invoice entries with approved authorization, ability to run final payroll for terminated employees without requiring them to be active in the system as of payroll date, managing sale of an asset and revenue receipt, allow for document attachment at budget line item, ability to save multiple versions during budget preparation and ability to automate the process for requesting and establishing a new grant.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 26, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
