[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment and implementation services including an analysis of existing sanitary sewer system infrastructure and implementation of an expanded county-wide sewer system, focus on data collection and evaluation, which includes identification of sanitary sewer assets, flowrates, and asset valuation estimates, report for the phase 1 assessment shall include a financial analysis, develop sanitary sewer alternatives ,implementation strategies, design plan development, environmental permitting , construction oversight to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
