[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applications development and maintenance services to develop a better understanding of the service provider marketplace relating to ADM services, explore alternatives to the current operating model and opportunities and/or obstacles relating to a combined managed services contract with one or more city service towers, gather sufficient and up-to-date information from expert providers in the market in order to determine its sourcing strategy for the next generation of the ADM services contract, city intends to explore and better understand the benefits and obstacles in procuring separate contracts for the support of applications on specialized proprietary platforms to the government authority located in Cookeville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
