[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide short message service solution for ability to provide a template response mechanism to save time for common responses in addition to the automated response capability, able to create case messages, able to either port existing numbers or have local, able to assign conversations through platform to individual users, mobile app for end users, track record of maintaining application over time to keep their solution up to date with the releases of IOS and Android cooperating systems used on mobile devices, unlimited inbound and outbound messages, ability to redirect calls from SMS conversations, ability to provide notification of when updates occur with their system and or in the event of unexpected downtime and or maintenance for their solution and able to support the use of multiple departments or teams using the solution.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 5, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
