[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide securities safekeeping and custodial services for safekeeping accountancy, reporting frequency, release of securities, placement confirmation, book entry only capabilities, accounting, securities settlement, cash management and technology and systems support to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted to in written no later than August 29, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
