[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering records digitizing services.
- Documents will be relocated to vendor site location for scanning, scanned as PDF images based on customer’s needs and scanned images will be returned via USB.
(2) An approximately work volume will be 115,200 Legal size file, 1,225 plats (1,324 pages), 310 rolls (18,600 rolls), 30 plans (6,000 pages) and 15 boxes of files (36,000 images) .

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
