Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Facility Planning Web-based Software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Facility Planning Web-based Software including
- Create and set up facilities for websites for district and district schools including photos, creating descriptions, entering geolocations, profiles, etc.
- Setup and entry of rate schedules and pricing tiers for facilities and equipment per the district’s policy (including after-hours rates, as well as services requirements on per facility basis)
- Reservation history tracking including: - Approvals, declines, comments - Payments and refunds - Changes to time-slots, facilities, services or equipment - Price changes and adjustments - Messages to/from renters
- Centralized communications with customizable auto-email notifications
- Creation of approval hierarchies (pre-approvals) by facility or department. Set up unlimited users, roles, permissions and notifications based on the district’s approval workflows
- Populating of schedules, creation of facility availability and transition all existing facilities calendars, reservations and clients to platform
- Verification of permits real time and contact information
- Calendar creation and publishing with automatic web calendars (Google, Apple, Outlook).
Full-service payment processing: - Secure online acceptance of credit card, check, eCheck and PayPal payments - Collection of funds from delinquent accounts - Issuing of refunds on overpayments, returned security deposits, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 22, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
