Government authority located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for managed document output services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed document output services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- 40 black and white copies per minute
- 35 color copies per minute
- variable paper output sizes (8.5x11, 11x17, 8.5x14)
- hole punch feature
- staple feature
- Annual maintenance agreement – based on 5,000 b and w copies and 1,800 color copies per month.
- All devices should have an electronic copy meter that can be easily accessed for viewing and, for connected devices, should be capable of being viewed remotely. monthly meter data collection will be the sole responsibility of vendor
- All devices should print minimally at 600 x 600 dpi resolution and all devices should offer auto image rotation or automatic image orientation at all levels.
- All devices should copy within 3/16" of the leading edge of the paper and to within 1/8" of the remaining edges and all devices should have job input or recall.
- All devices quoted should provide a minimum resolution of 600x600 dpi for scanning and faxing. all devices should be new and not require retrofitting. all devices should be capable of forwarding incoming faxes to an email destination or to another fax number based on user-specified conditions.
- It is preferred, but not mandatory, that equipment can save directly to pdf, tiff, postscript and peg files without having the creating application loaded on your pc.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
