[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mathematics consulting and professional development services to increase student interaction and engagement through evidence-based practices in mathematics to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Conduct a diagnostic consultation to prioritize the professional learning needs of teachers and leadership administrators. The consultation shall provide a diagnostic assessment of professional
learning needs for mathematics based on national mathematical standards that is collected from quantitative and qualitative data collected by the consultation.
- Sustainable professional development for effective mathematical instruction, mathematical reasoning, focus, coherence, and mathematical representation and procedural fluency for grades K through 12 through on-site workshops.
- On-site professional learning for administrators and lead teachers that addresses the leader’s role as instructional leaders of mathematics and supports mathematics teachers in grades K-12 through mathematical content and evidence-based instructional strategies.
- Job-embedded coaching from mathematical consultants and as follow-up to mathematical professional development. The coaching must be on-site. An individual consultants per grade band is preferred.
- Professional development sessions should be grade specific or grade band specific: K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12.
- Professional development must support sustained implementation over time. Training and follow-up coaching/consultation must support fidelity of implementation.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
