[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone language translation and medical document translation services patients, veterans or family members including various languages such as Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Haitian or Creole, Korean, Arabic, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
