[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services including complete management of the collections process and assist in collecting receivables, data for each account detailing the value of the current debt, money received, charges waived, interest charged, balance due and date of last payment, pertinent information such as receipts, net accounts receivable, total accounts receivable, and collection percentage and conduct skip tracing on delinquent accounts to the government authority located in Bristol, TN.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
