Vendor needs to provide staffing and scheduling study service to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Analyze current total operations staffing level by job class in comparison to current average call volume, local and industry call volume trends and required radio channel assignments report any deficiencies and provide a recommendation for improvement.
- Recommend several shift period options to include a mix of shifts if applicable and the corresponding staffing by job class.
- Examine current scheduled leave policies and recommend methods for management.
- Examine current unscheduled leave volume in comparison to similar sized with a similar structure and volume.
- Examine all aspects of the district’s training program, assess effectiveness, compliance and scheduling.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
