[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document conversion and scanning services that may include microfilm and microfiche.
- Authorized to sell, install, and support OpenText documented ApplicationXtender suite that
includes document manager, ApplicationXtender web access, and Xplore full-text version 8.1 or
newer, Kofax capture suite version 10.2 or newer, and Kofax transformation module version 6.2 or newer, provide public access licenses for OpenText documented ApplicationXtender web access and web-based Kofax licensing, provide 24/7 support with the capability of being on-site within four hours if a warranty incident call should be required, development capability for each supported application, including any required customized macros, APIs, and/or other system integration requirements.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than July 24, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
