[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide events management services and solution for processing and reviewing of applications, evaluation of proposed events and a determination of the potential benefit to the residents and businesses, evaluation of the existence of competing events, whether publicly or privately sponsored, marketing and public relations and develop an evaluation to accurately determine program outcomes.
(2) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
