[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and indexing services for paper, film and digital records in a variety of formats to be stored are in paper format in PDF and TIF file format.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 137,000 cubic feet records.
(3) A pre-response conference will be held on January 25, 2016.
(4) Contract period shall be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
