[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water audit services of verify system input volume, confirm consumption volumes, identify volumes of apparent and real losses, calculate confidence limits, determine performance indicators, component analysis of real and apparent losses, final water balance and master meter testing to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 20, 2018.
(3) A pre-offer meeting will be held on June 14, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
