[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive media monitoring services that delivers results from all forms of media coverage that shall include, but not be limited to, both traditional media (including broadcast television or radio, and print newspapers), new digital media (including online news media, newspapers, radio, podcasts, social media influencers, vloggers, bloggers), and all other forms of media that cover topics related to public safety in the state.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide social media monitoring tools for monitoring that reports the tone of the news coverage to determine whether or not the state is receiving positive, negative, or neutral social media coverage with the ability to monitor Facebook, twitter, and blogs, as well as quantify the number of comments, mentions, shares, retweets, etc. in an effort to measure the reach of the state’s messages.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
